Order Processing & Shipping Times

We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed and are shipped the next business day after processing.

 

Estimated delivery time ranges between 3 to 14 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destinations.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number to keep track of your package.

If your tracking status has not been updated, it may be due to delays caused by weather conditions, custom processing, or shipping backlogs. Please note that tracking information will only be available once your order has been shipped.

What is the status of my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with the estimated delivery date and a tracking link (if tracking is available for your selected delivery method).

You can also check your order status anytime via the “Track Order” section on our website’s homepage.

 

Can I change my order?

We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.

If your order status is marked as “Preparing for Shipping,” “Shipped,” or “Delivered,” we are unable to modify the order.

To request changes, please contact our support team as soon as possible via email.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support US Dollars for the orders

 

If your credit or debit card is in currencies other than US Dollars, you will be charged in USD with the corresponding currency exchange rate

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Canada: 7-14 working days

Australia: 7-14 working days

 

What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be scheduled the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule for a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

 

You may also need to collect your package in your local post office in case it cannot be delivered to you.
