Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want to purchase is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item separately.

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it—for any reason and without the need for justification.
